We apologize that we were unable to participate in this teleconference. The notice was sent out on Friday when we had no internet access on Friday and Monday was a holiday. Many don't have internet service and those who do, the service is intermittent at best. Don't have cell phone service at this time either.

Many people are still without basic communications,  so conducting this event so soon after two hurricanes without enough lead time reduces their opportunity to participate. Was this recorded and will there be another opportunity, maybe a few months from now?
