The "skinny bill" officially has failed, with Senators Collins, Murkowski and McCain voting no. This would not have happened without the incredible advocacy of all you! Months of non-stop visits, calls, emails, sharing of your stories, rallies,
and protests have paid off. For now, we should celebrate that our advocacy has made a difference. The disability community has truly led this fight. We know this is not the end of the fight to protect Medicaid and healthcare for all, but for the moment,
we all can breathe a sign of relief. Thank you for all you have done.
