Hello,

I realize I am very late in sharing these as they finally got finalized, but NACDD has signed on to the following sets of comments regarding the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) regarding accountability, state plans and data reporting based on the work that we did to get ESSA passed.

The deadline to submit comments is today, August 1^st at 11:59 pm. Comments can be submitted at https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=ED-2016-OESE-0032-0001. Since this is a bit of a numbers game, I am working to merge the two sets of comments and also submit from NACDD today. Feel free to use any of the information if you are interested in also submitting comments.

Also, attached are the final comments that NACDD, along with AUCD, and NDRN submitted to the FDA.

Also released are the draft assessment regulations under ESSA that were part of negotiated rulemaking at https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=ED-2016-OESE-0047-0001.
