Nominate a Colleague or Peer for the 2021 DMEC Emerging Leader Award

The DMEC Emerging Leader Award<http://online.dmec.org/e/123092/ut-dmec-emerging-leader-award-/hwn3mz/778297627?h=UgiQVwHqi4REDYezcUhbiRoL_JodmkscXK0gUbjqnn8> recognizes individuals within the absence management industry who are contributing innovative and creative solutions for complex leave or disability challenges and who are demonstrating evolving leadership within their organization, the industry, and/or DMEC.

Some examples of creative solutions and demonstrated leadership are:

  *   Committees or working groups the nominee has taken part in
  *   Presentations, articles, or speaking opportunities the nominee has prepared or participated in
  *   New communication and/or engagement methods the nominee has developed to support the remote workforce
The nomination period opens today and closes on Friday, Apr. 30. Individuals who are DMEC members and have worked in the absence management industry between two to eight years can be nominated by their supervisors, colleagues, vendor partners, or anyone who has specific knowledge of the individual’s absence management contributions.
