Mathematica is evaluating Pathways and early findings have shown an increase in employment and earnings among participants. Pathways can offer lessons to employment service providers on how to engage employers in offering job opportunities, adapt delivery of services in response to COVID-19, and work with state and local agencies to establish strategies that strengthen and sustain service delivery. Join Mathematica's Center for Studying Disability Policy on September 24, 2020, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. ET for an interactive webinar featuring a live-streamed discussion with program managers from two Pathways sites about how they implemented the program, adapted use of customized employment strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic, and promoted systems change to encourage employment of people with disabilities. The speakers also will explore SourceAmerica's plans to make elements of Pathways more broadly available to employment service providers. Speakers include the following: * Noelle Denny-Brown<http://links.news.mathematica-mpr.com/ctt?ms=MjM3ODE5MTUS1&kn=25&r=Njg4MzE0NTU3NjE3S0&b=0&j=MTgyMDYyMjkxMgS2&mt=1&rt=0>, Mathematica * Shane Kanady, SourceAmerica * James Willis, JVS Human Services * Jennifer Kellett, ServiceSource Inc. * Lisa Mills, Marc Gold and Associates Please note: This event was originally scheduled for March 11, 2020, but was postponed due to travel restrictions related to COVID-19.
