[National Business and Disability Council at The Viscardi Center]

The National Business & Disability Council (NBDC) at The Viscardi Center invites you to participate in a demonstration of its new service - the Disability Employment Source (DES). The DES allows organizations to access talent, so they can easily recruit, hire and retain employees with disabilities.

NBDC will be hosting two live demonstration sessions in July and your organization is invited to attend.

During the demonstration, you will learn how to use the DES so your organization can:

  *   Post an unlimited number of open positions;
  *   Access an unlimited number of candidates with the search feature;
  *   Have daily custom scraping of your company's job pages;
  *   Have automatic matching of positions to multiple job seekers located in the area who best fit the job description based on their skills; and
  *   Utilize eLearning courses to teach recruiters about hiring, onboarding, and retaining people with disabilities.
