[National Business and Disability Council at The Viscardi Center]

You have told us what you needed, and we listened. The National Business & Disability Council (NBDC) at The Viscardi Center is pleased to announce the launch of the Disability Employment Source (DES), a robust platform which connects employers with job seekers with disabilities across a variety of industries and job positions. Our platform is powered by cutting-edge technology and makes it easy for companies to identify, reach, and hire people with disabilities with the specific skills they're looking for in a candidate.

This powerful resource provides employers with the ability to post an unlimited number of open positions on the DES platform by having their career pages scraped and updated regularly.

The DES also provides the following:

  *   Candidate searching that provides HR professionals with access to unlimited searching of users for their open positions;
  *   Daily custom scraping of employer's job pages to have all their openings displayed and updated;
  *   Automatic matching of positions to multiple job seekers who best fit the job description based on their skills; and
  *   E-Learning courses to teach recruiters about hiring, onboarding, and retaining people with disabilities.
NBDC will be hosting two live demonstration sessions. You can choose to attend either session. The demonstration dates are below, and you can join the sessions from the Zoom links below:
