FW: Help Us Make Data Accessible to People with IDDs
Robin Troutman 30 Apr 2020 13:33 EDT
Researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder are exploring how to use charts and graphs to represent information and make better decisions. For example, is the family grocery spending going up or down during the coronavirus outbreak? Which grocery item sees the highest demand? What actions should the stores take to better serve the community? THEY NEED YOUR HELP! They are looking for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are willing to answer questions using graphs and tell them more about what you do and don’t like about these graphs. You will work with the researchers over a video chat for about an hour and receive a $10 Amazon gift card. You can get more details from Keke Wu (xxxxxx@colorado.edu<mailto:xxxxxx@colorado.edu>, 720-688-6696) or sign up for a time at https://calendly.com/keke-wu/idd_study.
I'm also including a study flyer and the link to our lab tweet here for your information: https://twitter.com/cu_visualab/status/1248341282079965184?s=20.
Thanks so much and look forward to hearing from you! I would also love to set up a call to discuss this project in more details if that helps!
Best,
Keke Wu
