2020 Emerging Scholar in Disability Theology Award Lecture

We are pleased to announce that the winner of the 2020 Emerging Scholar in Disability Theology Award is Adanna James. Dr. James finished her PhD at KU University Leuven and is currently teaching in her home country of Trinidad.

Workshop Strands
This year, in response to your feedback, we are pleased to re-introduce workshop strands for people who wish to follow along with specific topic areas for a single day or throughout the Institute. If you are interested in the PhD Seminar, please follow the directions found on the Institute’s registration page. The workshop strands (in no particular order) for 2020 will be:

  *   Mental Health
  *   Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
  *   Worship, Liturgy, and Communal Practices
  *   Disability in Sacred Texts
  *   Transforming Communities
  *   Embodied Faith
  *   Collaboration and Intersectionality
  *   PhD Seminar
We welcome the possibility of sponsored workshop strands!
