This session highlights an overview of the strategic vision of FEMA's Office of Disability Integration & Coordination (ODIC). In this session, members of ODIC will discuss the varying roles of ODIC in headquarters, the regions, and in the field. Presenters will provide updates on current policy and program initiatives aimed at improving access for persons with disabilities before, during and after disasters.

*         Linda Mastandrea is the Director of FEMA's Office of Disability Integration and Coordination

*         Arthur Craig is the Program and Policy Branch Chief of FEMA's Office of Disability Integration and Coordination

*         Jessica Gottesman is a Data Analytics Program Analyst in FEMA's Office of Disability Integration and Coordination

*         Candice Alder is a Public Assistance Policy Analyst in FEMA's Office of Disability Integration and Coordination

*         Edward Ahern is a Disability Integration Advisor - Individual Assistance Detail in FEMA's Office of Disability Integration and Coordination
