Yes! Connecticut has offered a variety of supported employment services for almost twenty years.
https://portal.ct.gov/DDS/EmploymentDayServices/Employment-First/Employment-and-Day-Services
Specific Medicaid Waiver services include:
- Group Supported Employment
- Individualized Day Vocational Programs
- Individualized Supported Employment
- Project Search
These are all provided by private agencies.
We are in the process of implementing, i.e. writing services definitions and setting rates, for a customized employment service that is compliant with WIOA.
Are you looking for waiver language or for service definitions for contracts and billing?

Subject: DD Councils Hcds wavier language on supported employment
Does any state have language and rates that are working and are getting providers to provide supported employment services?
