Ann,

Here is a link to an RFP to  develop a statewide self advocacy organization for parents with cognitive limitations in Connecticut. No call center, just the organization.

Subject: DD Councils Model ITB/RFP for parent network or call center

Hello friends!

Before you head out for Thanksgiving, can I ask you for your BEST ideas and/or model ITBs for any parent and/or self-advocacy network and more specifically a call center manned by people with disabilities and family members??

We have some promising practices (though happy to have more!), but are sorta stuck on BEST language to use in an RFP.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks!
