Hi Steve,

We have been working on updating our grant application technical review criteria to also incorporate the pre-award risk assessment.  Attached is a draft document.  Be advised that this is in mid-review and we may make additional changes.  It is designed so that all answers to the top section must be yes and all to the bottom section should be no.  Also, the last item is specific to MA.

We used the risk assessment strategies from ITACC and some AGA sub-recipient monitoring materials.  If you would like the AGA materials let Dan Shannon know.
