Hi all,

Our Department of Health Service long-term care director has invited advocates and providers to compile ideas for innovations that could be included in a future waiver application to address the direct care worker crisis. Do any of you have technology waivers and/or ideas about innovations that could be included in a waiver to address the direct care worker crisis. We have put together some ideas, but I’m not as familiar with technology/assistive tech strategies. Anything on transportation for direct care workforce also appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Beth
