Hi Beth, a number of years ago we developed a booklet and educational materials on voting through funding to our Dept. of Elections.  It looks like the pamphlet is no longer posted on the web but the information is there. It’s fairly basic though and specific to Virginia. There is a section on accessible voting and then within that voting for individuals with special needs.  It’s only about the voting process.
