This publication was a joint effort of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and was recently
updated in August of this year.
This resource can be customized for each state/territory by adding state and local contact information, used as is by providers to educate people with developmental
disabilities and their families. Family members can share this guide with their loved ones that need support with dual diagnosis, obtaining behavioral health services and managing those services for their individual needs.
It has clear definitions, easy to read text, graphics, printable checklists and a lot more. Hope this helps. Any questions please let me know.
