Hello Everyone;
I am working with our State Medicaid and DD Program in developing an implementation plan for Person-Centered
Planning services in Idaho. These would be specifically services for the facilitation of the planning process.
I would appreciate any information (and links) about state Medicaid/DD Agency programs, systems, or protocols you feel are following a good, truly person-centered process.
I appreciate any information about related training for providers/faciliators as well.
