Hi all,

I asked our designer to make a generic version (attached) of this one-pager we did in Wisconsin for the grassroots to explain what per capita means and call people to action with 6 simple calls/contacts (see back). It also gives 4-5 simple talking points:

The attached PDF is fillable: you can load your state’s policymakers’ names and phone numbers right in, as well as who to contact with questions. There is space to the side to insert your state’s Medicaid program names (we did it in an outline of your state, but you could just fill them in or create a simple wordle). We just ask you keep the credits at the bottom that we developed it.
