We have had Cary Griffin of Griffin Hammis Associates (and his staff – all very good) come to Idaho to talk about community employment, Employment First, and customized employment.  The presentations are excellent because of their long history of helping hundreds of people with developmental and other disabilities all over the US and in Canada find a job with local employers.  They have lots of examples to share.
