Dear Steve,

We recently completed a website redesign at the Wisconsin Board. Since all the work was done in-house we didn’t do a formal RFP but I did do a one-page Project Brief (see attached). It was developed from staff input and contains many of the elements of a more extensive website redesign RFP. It helped me manage the project.

There are tons of redesign RFPs templates online but my brief highlighted critical items to be aware of for our audience.

Another big help is identifying examples of sites that your audience think are best in class. We also reviewed all the other Council sites.

I find it also helps to develop and construct a simple wireframe of the proposed site. I have included ours in the attachment.

Hope this helps!

Have a good day.

Subject: DD Councils RFP's for webdesign

We are looking for examples of RFP’s for web design.  Has anyone put an RFP together recently?
