DE had a bill last session that went no where. The sponsor has told us he's going to re-introduce. ADAPT and Not Dead Yet are our Go To people. We used to count on the medical community but they've been wavering.

Good Morning

It looks like this year’s assisted suicide bill may be getting some traction so I wanted to reach out to DDCs that have addressed this issue in the legislature.

Did the Council take a formal position?

What did you use for resources/do for education?

What did the self-advocacy organization do?

Thanks so much for your help.
