I just got off the iTACC webinar, and many were sharing issues and challenges they were having with printing State Plans.  I also ran into issues, and saved this reply with snip shots from Courtney Welton, one of the developers of the ACL reporting system.  Courtney was very helpful.  I hope her directions will work for you all too!

Sorry for the delay I had to join a status meeting with the team to talk about quite a bit more than I thought. If you log in and select View Report and then right click and select Print you’ll see this screen:

If you see that scroll bar, if you scroll it to the left you’ll see the option to select Adobe PDF select that then Apply and then Print and then in a couple seconds this screen will appear:

Then select Save and then your pdf will pop-up. Let me know if these instructions helped for printing on IE and if not I’ll give you a call and walk you through it!

Sure, no problem I can give you a call in about 5 minutes. Before I call though can you tell me what browser you’re using? It’s most accessible using Chrome. Also, once you’ve submitted all the sections within the system Sara/Allison will be reviewing the plan in the system and how it appears in the system. You will not need to submit a paper copy.
