DE has no legislation to date. It's been a sincere battle. The Governor did write a letter to CMS before he left office to our surprise and chagrin. The P&A sent a follow up letter. The fight is not over. Keep us informed Heidi. Good luck!

At some point the patron stated that 14 states were challenging this. I  couldn't catch them all bit I recall DE, GA, and KY.
