Subject: DD Councils State statutes supporting the HCBS setting rules

Hi Everyone,         I am reviewing our HCBS Transition Plan and in particular the sections dealing with the extent to which our state standards are compliant with the new HCBS setting rules.    I am thinking that this requirement may be an opportunity to strengthen our state statutes relative to community integration.    Do any of you have state statutory language that you think is capturing well the intent of the HCBS setting rules?

Thank you

Debra
