Georgia has nothing related to ADA in our mission. We do lots of work with the State ADA Coordinator
In Iowa, “no” to the first 2 questions. The State ADA Coordination is a function within the Iowa Department of Human Rights. We partner with that agency on
a number of committees, task forces and projects.

Subject: DD Councils Question regarding composition of Council membership
Dear DD Executive Directors:
The VI DD Council is working on the documentation and other information for the change of DSA and legislation to formally establish the Council. We have been asked the following:
1. How many DDC's have an ADA Coordinator on the Council?
2. How many has the ADA Coordinator as part of their executive order or legislation?
3. How many has an established relationship, partnership or collaboration with the ADA office within their state or territory?
We thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
Yvonne D. Petersen
Territorial Executive Director
