No to all three.  There is an ADA coordinator in our DSA as they provide direct services and could have an impact on implementation on the provider front - Not the case/need for our Council.  Marcia

Dear DD Executive Directors:

The VI DD Council is working on the documentation and other information for the change of DSA and legislation to formally establish the Council. We have been asked the following:

1.  How many DDC's have an ADA Coordinator on the Council?
2.  How many has the ADA Coordinator as part of their executive order or legislation?
3.  How many has an established relationship, partnership or collaboration with the ADA office within their state or territory?

We thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,
