Yvonne,
The DDPC in New Mexico is a small agency, so we have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the State Personnel Office to provide HR services to our agency.
As part of the MOU, the State Personnel Office provides an ADA Coordinator.

Subject: DD Councils Question regarding composition of Council membership
Dear DD Executive Directors:
The VI DD Council is working on the documentation and other information for the change of DSA and legislation to formally establish the Council. We have been asked the following:
1. How many DDC's have an ADA Coordinator on the Council?
2. How many has the ADA Coordinator as part of their executive order or legislation?
3. How many has an established relationship, partnership or collaboration with the ADA office within their state or territory?
We thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
Yvonne D. Petersen
Territorial Executive Director
