Eric,

 

I had the same problem for a bit as I didn’t have myself registered as a reviewer under the administration tab.  Do you have ACL “Reviewer privileges” or are the Registrar for the Council? If you’re a Reviewer, than you’re able to hit Reviewed for each section then navigate to the dashboard. When all the sections have been Reviewed then a Submit box will pop up on the top of that page for you to submit. If you’re the Registrar you’re able to go in and edit the profiles for any of the accounts in your councils in the Administrator tab select User Management from the dropdown then select an account to edit. In their account, under profiles hold down the Ctrl button and select Reviewer to add that profile to your account.  I hope this helps.

Yahoo! Nebraska pushed submit on Tuesday. I posted the attached image on my Facebook page to express my relief. Wow, what a massive project. Taking a few days off to move my family (husband finally relocated this summer) to a duplex.  I dislike moving, but prefer it 100 times over working on the State Plan. VICTORY IS SWEET.
