Missouri has experienced that issue. I spent a number of hours entering and re-entering information, only to have information disappear. I would have entire
sections disappear, one time my objectives in one of the work plans disappeared, performance measures would disappear, outputs would disappear, etc. If it weren’t for the excessive number of hours (literally hours and hours) spent re-entering information,
we could have submitted our plan on Monday. I wish I could tell you a fix. I just saved very frequently. I would even hit save a couple of times and made sure that the date stamp was updated. I would have everything entered and when I would go back to review
the plan to submit for internal review, information that had been entered, had disappeared.
We’ve had a number of issues with this system. Courtney has been very responsive. Everything in the plan has been reviewed and the only thing we need, is the
logic model uploaded and we could submit the plan. My staff spent hours trying to upload our logic model, but has not been successful. Courtney has been working with her for the last two days on the logic model – still not uploaded.
Good luck Jessica.

Hi all,
Did anyone else have issues inputting their goals/outcomes/objectives and then having them disappear? Even after inputting and saving them a number of times? Or are we the only
blessed ones that have had the opportunity to experience such fun?
If you have – did you find a fix?
We have now input and saved this section multiple times to no avail. It has also conveniently impacted our activity plan sections too… which didn’t ‘save’ the saved data either.
Thanks!
Jessica

Angela: Hi, I have no idea if this is the best way to get this info to the right person…but, Jessica Pidgeon, our State Plan person, has not been receiving any of these
emails being sent from List-manger to nacdd simple lists. I just happened to mention to her that I had gotten a bunch. Can you check and/or add her to whatever list of us gets these? Or, is there someone else that I should be requesting from?

I learned today that Sheryl is on vacation. You should probably contact Sara at AIDD. As for the problem, I have not encountered it (yet!).

So apparently we tried to delete an objective and now stuff is out of order in ACL system. See below. Has anyone encountered this? My staff sent the following note to Sheryl
but thought I’d ask the broader audience as we near the deadline!
We are experiencing inconsistencies between how our Objectives and associated content (activities, outputs, measures, etc.) are appearing in ACL (they are not ordered correctly) and how they appear when we run the Annual Work Plan reports
for each year.
2017 Goal 1: objectives appear as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 7, 8. Goal 2 objectives appear as 2, 1, 3. When we run the report for year 2017, the Objectives appear to the eye to be number correctly (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), but the activities, outputs,
outcomes are not aligning with the correct objective in some instances. I believe this stemmed from the issue I emailed you about yesterday in which we were not able to finalize the 2017 Work Plan because we had blank entry lines in some areas of the objectives
in the plan.
We corrected this issue (or so we thought) by deleting the entire objective that had blank entries and re-entered all data for that objective. This caused the misnumbering of the Objectives themselves in the work plans and the subsequent
misalignment with performance measures, outcomes, etc.
Is there any way to correct this problem to ensure that the reviewers are viewing the correct content?
