We are working with our Medicaid agency. But the best work we are doing is by bringing stakeholders together. This is a joint effort between GCDD, the P&A, the UCEDDs
and the ARC. We have hired Alison Barkoff to work with us on what the plan says and should do.

Are other DD Councils working with the state agencies on implementing the CMS settings rule changes. If so I would like to start a discussion on how best to
implement the changes to get quality outcomes from services. We seem to be hung up on no new money vs. quality integrated settings.
