We had the same problem. We contacted Courtney and found that this was something the developers were going to need to fix. We just left our goals starting
with #2 and ending with #1.

Subject: DD Councils glitch in state plan
So apparently we tried to delete an objective and now stuff is out of order in ACL system. See below. Has anyone encountered this? My staff sent the following note to Sheryl
but thought I’d ask the broader audience as we near the deadline!
We are experiencing inconsistencies between how our Objectives and associated content (activities, outputs, measures, etc.) are appearing in ACL (they are not ordered correctly) and how they appear when we run the Annual Work Plan reports
for each year.
2017 Goal 1: objectives appear as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 7, 8. Goal 2 objectives appear as 2, 1, 3. When we run the report for year 2017, the Objectives appear to the eye to be number correctly (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9), but the activities, outputs,
outcomes are not aligning with the correct objective in some instances. I believe this stemmed from the issue I emailed you about yesterday in which we were not able to finalize the 2017 Work Plan because we had blank entry lines in some areas of the objectives
in the plan.
We corrected this issue (or so we thought) by deleting the entire objective that had blank entries and re-entered all data for that objective. This caused the misnumbering of the Objectives themselves in the work plans and the subsequent
misalignment with performance measures, outcomes, etc.
Is there any way to correct this problem to ensure that the reviewers are viewing the correct content?
