The search continues. The advocacy of The Arc of Illinois is life-changing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. After a long and successful career as executive director of The Arc of Illinois, Tony Paulauski is retiring and the Search Committee is making no small plans in our efforts to find the right person to lead us forward in fulfilling the mission of The Arc.
 
Applications continue to arrive as we move forward in our search to find a leader to guide The Arc of Illinois. We have made strides, but we know there is more to do to transform Illinois into a place where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can live the lives they want - and deserve.
