I was invited to attend our state level meeting on 14c and WIOA.
Just prior I reviewed information from the US DOL that was very helpful - see link below in the seminar announcement from the Wage and Hour Division.
Also, below that see the APSE information sent this week.

Subject: DD Councils Arizona needs Info!
Please see note from Larry Clausen, ED of the Arizona Council
- responses can be posted here, or sent directly to Larry.
Our Council has been working with stakeholders involved with
Arizona Employment First regarding the new WIOA regulations and are developing responses to FAQ’s that will be asked by consumers, educators and providers. We realize that it’s very early on in the life of the WIOA regulations, but anticipate much angst
related to section 511 (pertaining to 14c standards/subminimum wage) and are wondering if anyone has developed information, talking materials or anything else that they’d be willing to share.
We’re moving to a new office location August 1st.

Please make sure to adjust our address in your records.
Our telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will remain the same.
