Hi Beth,  Colorado does not recognize it specifically, but if individuals meet the standard criteria, they are eligible.  We have eleven waivers and have gotten into trouble developing a separate waiver each of which is diagnosis specific.  This does not seem to be the issue here, if I am reading between the lines well.

Hello:
We are meeting with an FASD family grassroots group that wants our long term care system to recognize FASD as eligible for long term supports. Do any of your states include FASD in their state definition or recognize it as eligible for LTSS?

Thanks
Beth
