Good Morning Everyone,
As you all know, one of the new requirements established in the HCB Settings Rule is the need to have a lease or a legally enforceable written agreement between the individual receiving Medicaid HCB residential services and the residential
service provider. I wanted to see if any of your states had examples of such a lease or legally enforceable written agreement that does a good job of explaining the residents’ rights and would be understandable by individuals with ID/DD?
Thank you
Debra
