Dear NaTasha:
The VIDDC has not done any grant application, but I did this with the foundation previously worked for.
2.We would also like to get an idea of also who you have generally review your grants, or who is made up of your review team.
- I have used other individuals who have background in the topic. Normally 3-5
persons, depending on the size of the grant and the evaluation criteria.
The grant announcement that includes the points for each section and the grant
evaluation sheet with the criteria for scoring is included.
3.How do you share your results of the evaluations with the Council
N/A
4.Do you have a cut score that each grant has to have to be eligible for funding?
Cut scores can range from 85 and above.

Good Day
We here at the North Dakota State Council on Developmental Disabilities are looking at our evaluation tools/instruments when reviewing small grants and Requests for Proposal’s . If you could help us answer the following questions
about your councils evaluation and review.
1.We are curious to see what other councils use for evaluation methods/tools/instruments.
2.We would also like to get an idea of also who you have generally review your grants, or who is made up of your review team.
3.How do you share your results of the evaluations with the Council
4.Do you have a cut score that each grant has to have to be eligible for funding?
We would greatly appreciate any information and tools or feedback sent to us.
Thanks
