We here at the North Dakota State Council on Developmental Disabilities are looking at our evaluation tools/instruments when reviewing small grants and Requests for Proposal’s . If you could help us answer the following questions about your councils evaluation and review.

1.We are curious to see what other councils use for evaluation methods/tools/instruments.

2.We would also like to get an idea of also who you have generally review your grants, or who is made up of your review team.

3.How do you share your results of the evaluations with the Council

4.Do you have a cut score that each grant has to have to be eligible for funding?

We would greatly appreciate any information and tools or feedback sent to us.
