We were recently made aware of this issue by Permobil, whose offices are located in TN. Marcia, I would like a copy of your talking points and anything else you have.
I introduced Permobil’s gov. affairs manager to Aaron Bishop and staff so that they can visit and discuss the issue over the next few weeks when Permobil will be in DC about this issue. My understanding is that the issue is tied up in a CMS bidding policy.
