I’m working with a provider organization (residential, vocational) interested in changing the culture of the organization to assure self-determination.  One of the items they would find helpful is a training for new and existing staff on self-determination—how to offer opportunities for choice, control, independence, community engagement.  I said I would ask the experts if they had something to recommend.  I would appreciate your sharing anything you or others you know have found valuable before we go develop our own.  Thank you.  Becky
