Beyond that, Tom rolled in to OKC last October (on his way to several conferences in New Mexico). I wasn’t offered a seat on the bus, but we were having the first class of Partners in Policymaking that day, so it was cool timing!

I appreciate the collaboration...unfortunately we did not plan together as well here in Colorado, although I hosted a dinner party for the driver and crew (Tom Olin is a life long friend) and there was strong CDDC representation...and fun night with great memories...we are very involved in the local 25th anniversary celebration though!

This may not be 100% appropriate, but some of you may have been following me last week as I participated in the ADA25 Legacy tour. I spent five days on the bus as it traveled through eastern Tennessee. It was a great experience meeting and talking with people about what the ADA means to them. I write this to encourage you to publicize the Tour if it comes to your state. Make sure people know that it is coming and what it means. Also, there is still time to volunteer and ride the bus!
