We have an extremely large manual that we produce every
3 years on the disability services system in Virginia. It is not a user friendly manual by any means (mostly created
for policymakers) and takes an incredible amount of time and effort to produce (about 15 months). We are looking to significantly streamline it. The document itself meets 508 compliance rules.
