Dear DD Council Executive Directors:

In partnership with our P&A, the VI DD Council is working with the local public transit system to provide sensitivity and customer service training for its bus drivers in collaboration with the ADA management.

We would like to know if anyone has or know of where we can access policy and procedures manual that will bring their agency in compliance with ADA. 

We are look for information on serving our DD population (i.e. helping individuals with various DD that use both the public and para-transit system).  It can be customer service surveys, compliant forms, videos, etc.
