We are having it June 18-19 (with a special event in collaboration with the zoo on June 17 – Dream Night). The program planning committee did a call for presentations to select breakout sessions, then we fill in what else we feel would be beneficial to folks in our state.

We’re planning our 2^nd conference for Iowans with developmental disabilities.  Those on the planning team would like to see the list of topics or programs from other state’s conferences to get some ideas.  They received some suggestions/ideas submitted by participants after last year’s conference but would like to know what works well in other states.  So, I’m asking those of you who do state conferences if you would send me what you can so I can share it with them.  You can also send links to the websites if you wish as we are working on using the internet to get information from others Thank you  b
