Here’s the stuff from Oklahoma.
We have a policy, and required outcomes in the form of letters to Congressional delegation and State Legislature (attached), and a contact form for how the
information gathered was disseminated locally (attached.)
We also have a separate Professional Development Fund – pretty much the same rules and requirements, but this is for field professionals, teachers, and sometimes
self-advocates if they are asking for multiple trips (such as to SABE meetings.) This policy is also attached.
