Hi MaryLee, in Michigan we don’t fund individuals and family members to attend conferences.  We use our local regional inclusive community coalitions (RICC) to do that.

Subject: DD Councils Leadership Development Outcomes

Greetings from Kentucky!  We are interested in improving the outcomes of our Leadership Development Fund, which provides reimbursement grants for individuals (and family members) who attend conferences or trainings on related issues.  If your council offers something similar, we’d appreciate your feedback.

1)   What are the requirements? (If you want to send an application or link, GREAT!)

2)   How do you measure outcomes? (Again, any tools appreciated.)

3)   What, if any, follow-up is required?  Who is responsible?

Thanks very much,

MaryLee Underwood, JD, BSW
