I think Colleen Wieck might be working with the ADA Legacy Project. They might have a hashtag already. They have a pretty complete media/outreach kit and info at adaanniversary.org

HI, Ann.  I’m not a “hashtag” person, but my staff can teach me if you decide to do this.  We have already had a few events and plan to have one on July.  I’d be happy to join in.

Hello all –

This seems a Friday topic (for those of you around during the days of our beloved Ed Preneta!)…

The Oklahoma Council and several other organizations are working on way to mark ADA’s big 2-5 this summer.  One of the ideas discussed was to create a hashtag that we all might use in common to give any social media efforts some traction.  Rolling off the Wisconsin logo, one suggestion was #xxxxxx@25.  Certainly open to suggestions or happy to jump on a bandwagon if someone has made this decision already.

Wondering if we can chat on-line about what each other are doing and what we might accomplish together.  Please.  I am NOT in DC for the Policy Seminar, so would appreciate chatting here.  Or someone can brief me if any of you get together in DC.
