We have two “Owls” and they have worked fine except if we are in two separate meeting rooms and have people online.

I know at one time NACDD was looking the OWL system
We ended up not going with it only because it was a bit out of our price range but I know a lot of groups like this even outside the council world

Pennsylvania is looking for recommendations on technology/equipment that other councils have found to be helpful and easy to use for hybrid council meetings. We are specifically looking for ideas that could be used in a large room/ballroom
