New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) has a small staff so the agency has the State’s Personnel Office (SPO) provide the HR functions for the agency.  Included in the agreement is that SPO provides the ADA Coordinator.  DDPC does have an employee who serves on the State’s ADA Coordinators Council who also helps with ADA matters.
