Hi Ms. Becky,
I have a staff dedicated to serving as the GDDC ADA Coordinator.  She attends the monthly meeting and all training activities of the agency that implements ADA.  That agency has a program unit, Evaluation and Compliance, that evaluates all government agencies and the public sector relative to ADA.  Their funding comes from traffice violations collected by the Guam Police Department.  This funding has been mandated by local law.
Hope that helps.

Dear Exec. Directors:

Do  you have a ADA coordinator(s) on your Council or an agency/department that represents the ADA?
