Oklahoma law specifically prohibits stipends for all Council members. We can reimburse travel, child care or attendant care costs, however.

Does anyone have what amount for the stipends they provide to Council members who attend meetings and are not employed or have to forfeit their wages to attend Council meetings or perform other Council meetings.
